Registration
Registration is required two weeks prior to course start date. Full payment or provision of company purchase order must be received no later than the first morning of the course. A 10% or $100.00 course deposit is suggested to reserve a space in the class. Checks should be made payable to Environmental Education Associates. VISA and MasterCard payment also available.

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Environmental Education Associates, Inc. reserves the right to cancel programs due to low registration in advance of course start date. Refunds will be issued if student cancels five (5) working days prior to course start date. If less than five (5) working days are left, no refund will be issued. If course is postponed EEA will either apply payment to next course date or provide a refund.

Course Fees
The course fees listed in the catalog are subject to change without prior notice. Please call to confirm pricing. The course fees include all classroom instruction, manuals, certificate of course completion and wallet card. It does not include any state licensing fees where applicable.

Group and On-Site Training
Environmental Education Associates is capable of providing both awareness and accredited certification/recertification programs as an 'on-site' service or at one of our training locations. Training programs can be designed to meet the special needs of your organization. Please contact Lynn Burlingham in our Rochester office to receive information on special group discounts and scheduling of on-site or group training.
