Thanks for taking the time to look over our upcoming environmental, health and safety certification and training schedule.
Environmental Education Associates, Inc (EEA) has offered environmental training services since 1989 to a variety of clientele, ranging from professionals employed in the private and public sectors to individuals who may wish to obtain training to secure positions in the expanding environmental and safety industry.
Our specialties include asbestos, hazardous materials, lead, mold and safety awareness, certification and recertification training.
We are pleased to announce a new series of Mold Training Courses. The three-day Mold Abatement and Mold Inspection courses are designed for professionals specializing in contracting or consulting services. The Mold Awareness class is designed as a primer for management, staff and interested parties who seek to improve their understanding of the issue. The Mold Refresher is designed for those who may have obtained training some time ago and need an update on the latest industry developments. Formal abatement training is considered necessary for all contractors who receive insurance coverage for mold abatement. EEA has obtained approval from several major insurance underwriters for the abatement course.
We have also recently obtained approval from USEPA to provide Lead Worker, Supervisor, Inspector and Risk Assessor initial and refresher programs in New York, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, New Mexico, South Carolina, Florida and Tribal Lands in Regions 2 & 10. An updated search engine schedule, sortable by US Region, is available at environmentaleducation.com.
Courses are also available on-site and we would be happy to provide a quote for group presentations or to consider scheduling classes at locations more desirable to our clientele, including all Canadian provinces, even the Northwest Territories.
We maintain training accreditation with multiple Federal and State agencies. In addition to our regularly scheduled programs, we can tailor classes to meet the demands of groups and can design "site-specific" programs to address circumstances at a given location. Recent examples include specially designed programs for airport sampling personnel, prison inmates and customs officials.
Our staff comprises the best and brightest in the field. Customer service representatives Kelly Schnars and Lynn Burlingham are always available to assist those with questions, concerns, and specific issues associated with program operations. Instructional staff and visiting instructors meet stringent criteria for academic excellence and experience. Our clientele have come to expect course presentation that goes beyond "state of the art." Staff is expected to give, and our students are expected to get, the most out of each and every presentation, practical exercise or academic experience at EEA.
We are confident you will find that our services exceed your expectations. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need some additional information.
