Registration/Cancellation Policy

Full payment or provision of company purchase order must be complete no later than 2 full weeks of course start date. Registration can be completed on-line via this website, over the phone toll free at 888 436 8338, or by mail to the Brooklyn, Buffalo or Rochester offices.

EEA reserves the right to cancel programs due to low registration in advance of course start date. Refunds will be issued if the student cancels at least five (5) working days prior to course start date. If course is postponed, we will either apply payment to the next course or provide a refund. If a student does not cancel their registration or begins class and is unable to complete, the student is ineligible for a refund and is responsible for full tuition. If a student does not cancel their registration or begins class and is unable to complete and would like to apply their payment to another class, there will be a $25 surcharge added to your fee.
