16 Hours — Understanding how asbestos can contaminate the air without visible traces is crucial for safe and effective asbestos abatement.

This 16-hour course educates participants on performing accurate asbestos air sampling. Training includes the history of asbestos air sample testing, health effects of asbestos, identifying asbestos in air samples, and conducting asbestos air sampling compliant with federal and state regulations.

Upon passing the course exam, participants receive certification as an EPA Certified Asbestos Abatement Air Sampling Technician.

Refresher courses are required to maintain certification.
